This Saturday sees the 2nd running of the Bridlington Cycling Club Prologue on the short stretch of road between Burton Flemming and Rudston.

Last years inaugural winner Ben Roberts took just 5.25secs but there was just over 90seconds covering the spread between him and last place Trish Watson.

The weather forecast is for light rain showers with a North Easterly wind

So dust off your time trial bikes, iron the creases out of your skin suit, check the start time ( Martin) and get your self to Burton Flemming

The smart money will be on the French returnees with Messer’s Cockril, Askwith and Flather the bookies top favourites.
